Payments & Pricing
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No — the total investment is broken into manageable installments. Each installment covers 50 pages of writing, and payment for each segment is made before that segment begins. This keeps the project moving at a steady pace and ensures you're reviewing and approving work as we go.
Example: You make the first payment → we write 50 pages → you approve → you make the second payment → we write the next 50 pages, and so on.
What can I expect to pay?
Pricing is based on the length, type, and scope of your project. Here's a general guide:

$3,000 – $8,000
How-To / Simple eBook
From $4,000
Memoir / True Story
$12,000 – $48,000
Paid in installments. Upper range for extensive, epic works.
Fiction
$20,000 – $36,000
Varies by page count and complexity.
All projects are paid in installments, upfront before each 50-page section begins. We're happy to discuss your specific project and provide a custom quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We keep it simple and flexible. We currently accept:

What is your refund policy?
We don't issue refunds — because once pages are delivered, they belong to you. That said, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you through revisions until you're happy with the result.
In the extremely rare case that we reach a mutual decision to end the project, you keep everything written to that point. You are never left empty-handed.
The Writing Process
What is the process, and what if I don't know where to start?
Not knowing where to start is one of the most common things we hear — and it's completely fine. We guide you through every step of the process.
To gather your story and voice, we can work from:
Recorded audio or mp3 files you share with us
Written notes, excerpts, or outlines you've already started
Zoom interviews where you simply talk and we listen
You never need to arrive with a polished idea. That's our job.
Do I get a say in the content?
Absolutely — this is your book. We never move forward on the next section until you've approved the current pages. You can request edits at any stage, and once you've signed off, we continue to the next installment.
Your voice, your vision, your final call.
How often can we communicate?
We typically schedule weekly check-in meetings to review progress, answer questions, and align on the next section. Between meetings, we're always available by email for updates, questions, or quick feedback.
You'll never be left wondering where things stand.
Do you use AI to write?
No — your book is written by a professional human ghostwriter. We may use AI tools in a limited, supportive role for light polishing or refinement of specific sections, but the writing itself — the voice, the narrative, the craft — is always done by an experienced writer.
Publishing
Can you help with publishing my book?
Yes. We can assist with Amazon self-publishing and guide you through the process of getting your book into readers' hands quickly and professionally.
We can also help craft publisher proposals for traditional publishing — available for a separate fee. Please note that publisher acceptance decisions are entirely outside of our control, but we'll give your proposal the strongest possible foundation.
